Recapping the Inaugural Rising Stars Event at Midas Academy
The pitch at 4 Corners soccer field in Sugar Land, Texas, was alive with energy, passion, and budding talent as Midas Football Academy hosted the first-ever Houston Rising Stars event. This landmark occasion not only showcased the raw talent and potential within our young athletes but also embodied the spirit of community and support that Midas stands for.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Team Uniformes Betito Soccer for their spirited participation and commendable sportsmanship. Their involvement added a competitive edge and invaluable learning experience for our boys, making the event not just a game, but a stepping stone in their football journey. A special shoutout to the parents, who braved the cold weather to cheer and stand by their rising stars, embodying the unwavering support system that every young athlete dreams of.
The success of our inaugural Rising Stars event has filled us with immense gratitude and has reaffirmed our commitment to nurturing young talent. Midas Academy is more than just a soccer academy; we are a family dedicated to mentoring children and assisting at-risk youth in discovering their true purpose through the beautiful game and vocational education. As a 501(c)(3) organization, our mission extends beyond the field, aiming to impact lives and build a brighter future for our youth.
We are on the lookout for young enthusiasts aged 4-13 to join our ranks and become part of something truly special. Training sessions are held at the scenic 4 Corners soccer field located at 15700 Old Richmond Rd., Sugar Land, TX 77478. Join us on this exciting journey every Saturday from 8 am to 10 am, and stay tuned for the continuation of our Wednesday evening sessions.
